Cereal is a Boston-based improvising collective made up of Andrew Colwell (bass), Keiichi Hashimoto (trumpet), Jesse Kaminsky (alto saxophone) and Kelly Roberge (tenor saxophone). The band’s most recent incarnation as a horn trio draws on the influence of jazz and folk music as well as drone and meditational practices to explore the liminal states of sound.
